Columbus police have arrested a man who had a credit card belonging to a Mansfield resident who was found fatally shot in his apartment Saturday.

Jamaal Crecy, 18, was taken in for questioning Monday evening.

Authorities said Crecy is accused of having the Visa card of Robert Daley, 52. Crecy is facing charges of receiving stolen property.

According to court records, Crecy used the credit card to purchase a gift card at a Kroger store.

Daley was found Saturday afternoon by his wife in his apartment at 6315 Sunderland Drive.
Authorities said Daley was shot once in the head.

Several items were stolen from Daley's apartment including his car, a shotgun, a handgun, a television, a video-game system and a cellphone.

Courts records state some of Dale's belongings were found in the residence where Crecy was arrested.
Crecy had denied any involvement in the murder of Daly.
