The Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department is asking the public's help to locate two dogs which have been implicated in the bite-attack of a 44-year-old woman. The dogs are a black lab and a tan mixed breed. They were last seen in the area of South Diamond Street in Mansfield on March 11. You can contact the Health Department if you know of a dog fitting either description or know the whereabouts of the dogs at 419-774-4520. Do not attempt to restrain the dogs yourself. |
