Mansfield Man Indicted In Arson House Fire

A Mansfield man has been indicted by the Richland County Grand Jury on an Aggravated Arson charge. Louis Minor, 46, is accused of setting fire to the house at 74 Hedges St. on Jan. 8, causing extensive interior damage. Prosecutors say he used to live in the house, and used an accelerant to set the fire. Minor faces two to eight years in prison, if convicted of the second-degree felony charge.
