Shelby AU student wins art awards

A student and artist from Shelby takes home two awards in Ashland University's Student Art Exhibition.

Taylor Wade is a sophomore at AU.  She won the People's Choice Award for her colored pencil drawing titled "Unknown and Unsung."  She also won in the printmaking category, for her work called "Farm Life."  She's pictured here with another print called "Country Love."

More than 100 works from student artists is now on display at A-U's Coburn Gallery.  The show runs through April 5th.
