  Original Published: 4/3/2013  Having the opportunity to leverage local dollars when it comes to economic development was at the forefront of a discussion Tuesday afternoon at the Richland County Commissioners meeting.   The commissioners met with Richland County Foundation President Brady Groves and foundation trustee Sharlene Neuman to discuss workforce and economic development and the possibility of both entities working together in this area.   All parties felt further discussion is warranted about working together to see what opportunities and synergies exist.
