  Original Published: 4/8/2013   More signs of tensions on the Korean peninsula.    These missile defense batteries are now at the ready on the American-run Osan Air Force Base in Seoul, South Korea.    Authorities in the south warned Monday that North Korea may be planning a new nuclear test.    Just Sunday, officials said the North may run a missile test as soon as this week.    North Korea has been ramping up threats against the South and its American allies in recent weeks.
