After a split with New Albany this past weekend, the Madison baseball team shut out Sandusky on Monday evening 5-0.  Madison pitcher, freshman Zane Harris kept the Blue Streaks off the board giving up just three hits while striking out three and allowing two walks as the Rams dropped Sandusky to 6-3, while improving to 4-5.

Madison coach Doug Rickert feels his team is turning the corner, but they have a big week with two games against Orrville then non-league play against Cleveland St. Ignatius and Midview this weekend.  The Rams will then see OCC leading Lexington on Tuesday and Wednesday next week.
