A man accused of killing three people in a February shooting on the Vegas strip is back in Las Vegas.    This is Ammar Harris.    Here you see him being taken into the Clark County Detention Center.    Harris was captured in Los Angeles about a week after the shootings.    He fought extradition, but lost after the governors of both Nevada and California signed the papers earlier this month.    Harris is scheduled to appear in court for a hearing later Wednesday morning.
