For the second year in a row, a Green Technology Thinktank was held this past weekend at the Springmill Learning Center in Mansfield.

The innovative outdoor education facility hosted a day of green technology forums, according to organizer Bill Baker.

Baker says community awareness of the importance of using green technologies is behind the thinktank.

Many organizations were on hand including the North End Community Improvement Collaborative, which was giving away free plants, local biking club Richland Moves, along with the Ohio Environmental Council and the Ohio Energy Table.
