  He's a native New Yorker, but singer Neil Diamond is "Boston Strong" these days.   His song "Sweet Caroline" is the signature tune at Fenway Park.   And you might have seen Diamond made a surprise appearance this past Saturday to lead the crowd in a rousing sing-along.    Well, now Diamond tells Rolling Stone magazine he's writing a new song inspired by the tragedy in Boston and other recent tragedies.    No word on when it might be released, but Diamond says the song is on a fast track.
