  Original Published: 4/25/2013  Two people suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident Thursday morning on Ohio 314, between Ohio 309 and West Fourth Street in Springfield Township.   Trooper Chad  Belcher of the Mansfield post of the Ohio State HIghway Patrol says a car driven by Kyle Stidam, 26, of Shelby, rear-ended a car driven by Joy McClarren, 59, of Bucyrus.   Both drivers claimed minor injuries and were taken to the hospital by relatives.   Stidam was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.   That section of Ohio 314 was closed for about 45 minutes.
