  Two people were arrested recently following a drug-related search warrant being served at an apartment at 140 Wood St. in Mansfield by the METRICH Enforcement Unit.

  Gary Hites, 28, a transient, was taken into custody on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and Cody Robinson, 22, of Detroit, was charged with two felony counts of trafficking in drugs and possession of marijuana.

  METRICH officers also seized marijuana, drug paraphernalia, several syringes and cash from the apartment.

  Detectives also located two other persons in the apartment complex who were wanted for questioning in connection to an unrelated burglary.

  The two suspects confessed to committing the burglary a 292 Sixth Ave. on April 27.

  They were released pending felony charges.

  Mansfield Police Officer Toneli Webb was able to recover some of the burglary victim's property.
