Original Published: 5/6/2013  President Barack Obama returned to Ohio State University Sunday, a year after kicking off his presidential campaign with a speech and rally at the school.    On the anniversary of that event, the president was back on campus, this time to deliver the university's spring commencement address.     He told the new graduates they were born into a world very different from that of their parents.    But he also said they possess true American values, like altruism, empathy, tolerance and a deep sense of service that gives him hope.   This is the first of three commencements President Obama will attend this graduation season.   He's also scheduled to speak at Morehouse College in Atlanta on May 19 and the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland on May 24.
