Voter turn-out is slow but steady for the primary election today.

WMFD went to First Presbyterian Church at South Trimble and Millsboro Roads where Mansfield third ward precincts C and D go to vote.

3-C Presiding Judge David Clymer says voting is "smooth as silk and slow as molasses in January", and people are getting in and out quickly.

Elections officials encourage you to take advantage of the nice weather and the short time it will take, to contribute to decisions that will affect your taxes and representation in local government.

The polls are open until 7:30 tonight.

Stay tuned to WMFD as the votes are counted.
