USF 2000 Tests At Mid-Ohio

USF 2000 teams were at Mid-Ohio on Tuesday putting their cars and drivers to the test on the 2.4 mile road course.  For many it was their first time to try the 16 turn track.  USF 2000, which is a smaller Indy Car, will race the weekend of the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio the weekend of August 2nd through the 4th.

USF 2000 is for drivers looking to work their way through the ranks and can range in age from as old as 29 to as young as 15 years old.  Some of the drivers by the time they reach 19 have driven on race tracks in several parts of the world.
