Search Warrant Executed At Home In Burglaries Probe

  Original Published: 5/12/2013  The Richland County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit recently executed a search warrant at a home at 443 Charles Street in Mansfield,.   It was developed between the sheriff's office and the Huron County Sheriff's Office, involving residential burglaries.  The residence at 443 Charles Street was identified as a location where stolen property from burglaries was being taken and traded for crack cocaine and money.   The search warrant resulted in the seizure of stolen property, namely construction equipment, building supplies, marijuana and a .22 caliber, 9-shot revolver.   No arrests were made at the scene and an investigation continues.   Anyone with information is asked to call the Major Crimes Unit Tipline at 419-774-5610.
