  Original Published: 5/13/2013  Monday brings another court appearance for the Aurora theater shooting suspect.   Attorneys for James Holmes are expected to ask a judge to change his plea.   Court filings made last week show Holmes wants to plead not guilty by reason of insanity.   Holmes faces charges in the shooting spree that left 12 people dead at the premiere of the Batman movie "The Dark Knight Rises."    Dozens more were injured in the attack.
