In celebration of this being National Tourism Month, the Bucyrus Tourism and Visitors' Bureau on Wednesday held an open house.

Executive Director Donna Bauer says her staff put out many displays on tourism, staged a demonstration on how a tour is booked and showcased bureau history items.

The Bucyrus Tourism and Visitors' Bureau has one of the largest itineraries in Ohio for a city its size.

Bauer says on Monday, May 20, the Veteran Motor Club of America will come to Bucyrus to visit local attractions.

The city will block off Rensselaer Street from 8:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. and this will be the designated parking area for these 50 cars and at 5 p.m.. will be at the Speakeasy for the show so all of the cars can be viewed by the public.
