Original Published: 5/16/2013  This job isn't for the faint of heart.   You're looking at the view from atop the Washington Monument, 555 feet off the ground!   The video was taken from a camera mounted on a construction helmet.   Crews finished putting up scaffolding on the monument and will begin repairs to the marble plates and stonework.   The tourist attraction has been closed since it was damaged in a 2011 earthquake.   The restoration project is expected to cost about $15-million.
