The McDonald's/Buckeye Superstore North-South All-Star football game will be played this Saturday down at Lexington at 7pm.  Some 70 football players from around the area will play their final high school game that evening, but the time to prepare is short, just four days to get players ready all coming from different systems.

North coach Sean Conway, led the Madison Rams to a 10-2 record in 2012 and to the Division II regional semifinals, will keep the offense and defense very basic.  Conway says he wants to get everybody in the ballgame, but the bottom line is to win the game.  The North squad features players from Madison, Ashland, Shelby, South Central, Hillsdale, Loudonville, Wynford and Marion Pleasant.
