Original Published: 6/26/2013  NFL tight end Aaron Hernandez was taken away from his Massachusetts home by police Wednesday morning.    Shortly after, the New England Patriots announced on their official Twitter account they have released him from the team.   Police walked Hernandez out of his home and placed him in a cruiser.   CNN has learned he was booked at the police station in North Attleborough and then transported to court for arraignment.    Police have been investigating the murder of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd, an acquaintance of Hernandez.   Lloyd was found dead on June 17 less than a mile from Hernandez's home.   Police have searched the Hernandez home twice as part of the investigation.   The charges, right now, are unclear.
