  Original Published: 6/27/2013  If you skipped Windows 8 or just weren't happy with Microsoft's new P-C operating system, the tech giant wants you to give it another look.   Microsoft has announced some changes coming in Windows 8.1.   You'll see a return of the start button.   That's something Microsoft says many users complained about after the company eliminated the tool.   Also coming, built-in support for 3-D printers, as those devices continue to grow in popularity.    Other changes in Windows 8.1 to watch for, improvements to the Bing search engine, an updated X-box music app, and new developer tools.   Microsoft announced the new features at its developers conference in San Francisco.   Look for them in new versions of Windows and updates to the original Windows 8 later this year.
