The turnout was sparse but those participating in the first-ever Madison Township Lion's Club "Lions Spectacle 4-Miler" had a beautiful day for a run. Participants also could donate a pair of eyeglasses at the 4-miler. For nearly 100 years, Lions Club members have worked on projects designed to prevent blindness, restore eyesight and improve eye health and eye care for hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
