Original Published: 7/21/2013  A cruise-in at the Mansfield Municipal parking lot next to the Richland Carrousel park scheduled for Saturday afternoon failed to materialize due to threatening weather but that didn't deter folks at the Cosby Educational Heritage Center.   The center was staging the cruise-in to help draw people to enjoy food, fun and fellowship, which did take place, according to Rev. James Cosby.    Live entertainment was also to be provided by the Frank Boyd Junior Gospel Blues Band but the iffy weather forced them to cancel as well.    Rev. Cosby invites everyone to learn more about the Cosby Educational Heritage Center.   The Cosby Educational Heritage Center is located at 445 Bowman Street, inside the Ocie Hill Neighborhood Center.
