Back to school shopping is in full effect.   With many children headed back to class in just a few weeks, parents are already surfing the web for school supply deals.   According to the National Retail Federation, families with school-age children will spend about $635 on shoes, clothes, supplies and electronics this year.   That's about $50 less than last year.   Total back-to-school spending is expected to top $26-billion this year.
