It's seems as though it's been an issue since 1999.  This year appears to be no exception.  According to first year coach of the Cleveland Browns Rob Chudzinski, quarterback is one of the most unsettled positions on the team as the Browns get ready to open camp on Thursday.

Although the job is up for grabs, the coach said Brandon Weedon will still get the first team reps in camp, followed by Jason Campbell with the second unit and Brian Hoyer with the third team.  Chudzinski added that all of the quarterbacks will be asked to take chances in practice that they wouldn't necessarily take in a game.

For his part, Weeden says he is already way ahead of where he was last year at this time.  In 2012, Weeden threw for 3,385 yards and 14 touchdowns but also tossed 17 interceptions.  The Browns open the exhibition season on Thursday, August 8th at home against the St.Louis Rams at 8pm.
