Albuquerque Storm Damage To Cost A Half-Million Dollars

  Original Published: 7/29/2013   A big storm struck Albuquerque, New Mexico over the weekend.   Rain flooded the streets while winds knocked down power lines and trees.   City crews and firefighters picked up debris and assessed the damage.   The National Weather Service said the storm was the strongest to hit Albuquerque in recent memory.   The mayor said it would cost about a half-million dollars to clean up.
