It's time for fresh produce in north central Ohio. And plenty of folks are taking advantage of the numerous local farmers markets. That includes the weekly market at Holy Trinity Church in Mansfield. The market is open every Tuesday at 3 p.m., though people have been known to arrive as early as 2:30 p.m.  to find the freshest produce available. Holy Trinity Market Manager Cindy Shasky said the market has become very popular. Shasky said fresh produce from farmers markets is often more nutritious than food bought at a supermarket. Buying local is also widely considered to be healthier for the environment.
