The Ohio State University-Mansfield is gearing up for its first day of classes, which begin on Wednesday. This coming Tuesday at 9:30 a.m., will be the annual State of the Campus address by OSU-Mansfield Dean/Director Dr. Stephen Gavazzi. It will be followed at noon by the convocation in Founders Auditorium before the Dean's Picnic is held at 1 p.m. in Eisenhower Cafeteria where new freshmen are welcomed to the campus. At the picnic, various faculty and staff will host a table for these new students so they can become better acquainted with everyone and to see professors are approachable if they have any questions.
