Bradley Manning Sentencing Phase Continues

The Army private at the center of the largest information leak in U.S. history could be sentenced in the next few days. Private first-class Bradley Manning was found guilty on 20 of the 22 counts against him. He's facing up to 90 years in prison. A military judge heard closing arguments Monday. The judge called Manning's conduct "heedless" and "reckless." Manning's attorneys presented witnesses who said he was under great stress, due largely to his gender identity confusion. In an unknown statement last week, Manning told the court he was sorry.
