After days of negotiation, the city of San Diego says it's reached an agreement with Mayor Bob Filner. But city officials say the details of the deal will be kept under wraps until they are presented to city council on Friday afternoon. Mediation talks began after Filner underwent two weeks of behavioral therapy. The therapy came after several women accused Filner of sexual harassment. Filner has staunchly refused efforts to force him out of office. So far, 18 women have come forward to say he acted inappropriately with them at some point.
