27th Annual Corn And Watermelon Festival Backs GOP Bids

  Original Published: 8/25/2013 Local Republicans packed the South Park pavilion in Mansfield this past weekend for the 27th Annual Corn and Watermelon Festival. Richland County Republican Party Central Committee Chairman Mark Arnold says the purpose is to support local Republicans as they prepare for the November General Election. One candidate on hand was Randy Hutchinson, a 26-year former Ontario Policeman who is running for Ontario Mayor this fall. Republican candidates, as well as current officeholders, were in attendance for a good representation of people in the party who share similar views and also want to make sure Republicans are elected in the fall.
