Crestline Library To Celebrate 50th Anniversary Of Speech

The Crestline Public Library celebrates the 50th anniversary of the famous "I Have A Dream" speech of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., given August 28, 1963 at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. Those wishing to participate should meet in front of the old Presbyterian Church at 119 North Thoman Street in Crestline at 6 p.m. this Wednesday to recreate the March on Washington. Participants will march down the sidewalk to the library where the speech will be given by David Chatman. Those opting not to march, may got to the library at 6:30 p.m. for the speech.
