Mansfield's Braintree Business Development Center held an Electronics Recycling event this past weekend Hawkins Plaza parking lot at 2131 Park Avenue West in Ontario. Proceeds from the event will benefit Richland Habitata for Humanity's new ReStore, according to Braintree Director of Operations, Bob Leach. The collection included old computers and other outdated and obsolete electronic equipment with the exception of televisions or monitors, which were welcome, but came with a fee. The Volunteers of America also were on hand to accept gently used household items, along with clothing, blankets and jewelry and accessories.
