Former MANCI Worker Pleads Not Guilty To Sexual Battery

  Original Published: 8/28/2013A former Mansfield Correctional Institution food service supervisor has pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual battery, bribery and one count of theft. Robert A. Picklesimer, 54, entered the plea Tuesday in Richland County Common Pleas Court. He is accused of trading food in exchange for touching two inmates in a sexual way. The incidents occurred in March and April. The inmates were assigned to work in food service. Picklesimer allegedly allowed the men to steal food and take it back to their cells Picklesimer is free on a $10,000 cash bond.
