Original Published: 9/3/2013 Seth Meyers gets hitched. And sad news for Rocky fans. For those stories and all the Hollywood headlines, here's Carl Azuz, with today's Hollywood Minute. Saturday Night Live star Seth Meyers is now a married man. According to People magazine, he married his long-time girlfriend, Alexi Ashe, in a private ceremony on Martha's Vineyard on Sunday. The two announced their engagement in July. Who will play the lead roles in the big screen adaption of "Fifty Shades of Gray," has apparently gone from grey to clear. The book's author, E.L. James, said on her Twitter page Charlie Hunnam will portrary the mysterious Christian Gray. Hunnam appeared in this past summer's "Pacific Rim" and is also familiar to fans of the TV biker gang drama "Sons of Anarchy." And, as for Anastasia Steele, James says it will be Dakota Johnson as the naive woman who gets caught up with Gray. Johnson has several film credits and is the daughter of actors Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith. Some sad news. Tommy Morrison, best known to movie fans as the arrogant boxer "Tommy Gunn" in Rocky V, has died. In the film, Morrison's fighter seeks out Rocky Balboa's mentorship, but their relationship sours and they end up in a climatic steet fight. In real life, Morrison had a succesful boxing career that was largely derailed by a 1996 HIV diagnosis. Morrison was 44 years old. A cause of death was not immediately announced.
