Director Joe Trolian told the commissioners this morning, the mental health field has made great strides over the years in helping people with mental illness return to happy and productive lives. The commissioners issued a proclamation recognizing Recovery Month. Activities during September include Catalyst Life Services having its Helpline available for questions about substance abuse and mental health recovery. The number is 419-522-HELP (4357).
