The Ohio Attorney General and city of Mansfield are suing the owner of two houses the city demolished after he ignored repeated orders to tear them down himself. The suit, filed in Mansfield Municipal Court, calls for Donald Graber to re-pay the city $17,700 for the expense of tearing down 135 and 137 Willow Street, and 187 and 189 West Second Street. Law Director John Spon expects more lawsuits of this type to be filed against property owners who ignore city orders to tear-down their vacant and dilapidated homes.
