Construction of new student housing for Ohio State-Mansfield and North-Central State College is set to begin. A ground-breaking ceremony was held this morning on the site of the Buckeye Village Apartments on Lexington-Springmill Road in Ontario, attracting a large turn-out of community leaders. Ohio State officials say this is an important project not only for the campus, but for the community. Buckeye Village Apartments will be constructed in three phases and cost $25-million.
