Warriors Win At Colt Corral

Ontario gets off to a 2-0 start with a win at the Colt Corral, 30-8 over Clear Fork.

The Warriors led by a score at the break, on top 15-8 after a Cameron Mack fumble return touchdown late in the 2nd quarter. Ontario would take control of the game early in the 3rd quarter when Jordan Campbell scored his second rushing touchdown of the night from 7-yards out. Then Josh Plieninger would put the game on ice with a pick-six in the 4th quarter, propelling the Warriors to a 22-point victory.

Ontario forced 5 Colt turnovers and shutout Clear Fork in the second half. The Warriors just edged the Colts in total yardage 246 to 238.

Campbell finished with 26 carries for 123 yds and 2 TD's. Tyler Boatwright added 53 yards on 13 carries, but went just 2-8 through the air for 22 yards and 2 Int's.

The Colts were led by Kadin Chrastina who went 7-18 for 59 yards and 1 int, while carrying 19 times for 90 yards and a score.

Ontario (2-0) will host Norwayne (1-1) next Friday, Clear Fork (1-1) will play at Shelby (0-2).
