  Original Published: 9/9/2013A Meet the Candidates Night featuring candidates running for Mansfield City Council is being hosted by the North End Community Improvement Collaborative (NECIC), from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the NECIC at 199 N.Main St. The candidates will address questions about citywide concerns, including blight, vacant housing, demolitions, and sharing their priorities for community improvement. The candidates invited to attend are Cynthia Baker, Council-at-Large; Cliff Mears, Council-at-Large; Michael Hill, III, 1st Ward Council; Jamie Thompson, 3rd Ward Council; Jon Van Harlingen, 3rd Ward Council; and Ethel Pat Hightower, 5th Ward Council. .
