The Richland County Transit Board is tickled to death about the increased number of riders using it service. At Monday's board meeting, RCT Fiscal Officer Kathy Adams said for every month this year, the average daily number of riders has increased. Adams says the increased number of riders is attributed in part, to the work of RCT Executive Director, Willa Leer. Adams says when they see the ridership numbers going up, they know those forementioned efforts are paying off.
