Former MANCI Employee Indicted For Sexual Battery

  Original Published: 9/18/2013The Richland County Grand Jury has indicted a former Mansfield Correctional Institution food service coordinator on charges of sexual battery, theft in office and bribery. Robert Picklesimer, 54, is accused of trading food for sexual favors with two inmates who worked in the food service area. The incidents occurred in March and April. If convicted, Pickelesimer faces up to 12 years in prison.
