In an exclusive interview with WMFD-TV while at the Bucyrus General Electric light plant Wednesday, the governor said the state's employment level has turned around. And Kasich looks forward to more growth as he enters the last year of his term and seeks re-election. Governor Kasich talks about the state income tax cut and gives his assessment of "the state of the state" on Friday's NewsWatch.
