Congressman Tiberi Addresses Mansfield Rotary Club

Mansfield's representative on Capitol Hill was the special guest Tuesday at the Rotary Club meeting. Congressman Pat Tiberi was asked to give the group the latest on the federal budget, which is falling into a trend of mandatory spending overtaking discretionary spending. And he says Congress is working to avoid a government shutdown next Tuesday as Republicans try to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Tiberi hopes the President will cooperate and compromise with Congressional Republicans who demand either a delay or full repeal of Obamacare.
