Ontario Schools are one of nine districts to receive the Auditor of State Award for having a clean audit report. The award is presented to school districts and local governments whose audits are reported as clean at the end of each audit season. To earn this distinction, school districts must file timely financial reports and have no citations or deficiencies, among other requirements. Two key financial highlights from the audit report included a net position increase of $309,030 and general revenues totaling $15,582,667.
