The chairman and C.E.O. of a Richmond Virginia-based packaging company was the keynote speaker Thursday for the eleventh annual Ford Distinguished Business Lecture Series at Ashland University. John Luke Junior told his audience, including students in the Dauch College of Business, our country needs better leadership for the business climate and economy to improve and climb out of this lingering recession. Luke says while business leaders remain optimistic, but are faced with uncertainty. Luke says a return to economic prosperity depends on all of us being more effective advocates for the government to adopt policies that support business creation and growth.
