Original Published: 10/4/2013Moms and grandmas of young children have a new place to shop for clothing for their little ones. The Tailored Dumpling children's boutique, at 232 Union Street in Ashland opened for business Friday, with a ribbon-cutting. The owner is 26-year-old Leslie Zimmerman, the mother of a 3-year-old daughter.
