Ashland U. Looks To Get Second Straight

The Ashland University Eagles broke out in a big way last Saturday getting their first win of the season over Northern Michigan 52-24, to improve to 1-3 overall and 1-2 in GLIAC play. This Saturday afternoon at 1pm, the Eagles are back on the road at Lake Erie to take on the 1-3 Storm. The Eagle defense might think they're in a track meet as the Storm averages around 110 plays per game and averages 42 points a game. Last week in a 51-41 loss to Saginaw Valley, Lake Erie ran up 620 yards of offense and will be looking to avenge last season's 68-21 beat down at Jack Miller Stadium-Fred Martinelli Field.
