It wasn't a pretty win, but the Ontario Warriors took care of business in Vermillion on Friday night with a 21-14 win over the Sailors.

After a scoreless first quarter the Warriors would strike first on a 6-yard connection from Tyler Boatwright to Josh Plieninger for a 7-0 lead. Vermillion would answer back with a score of their own on a 9-yard scamper by Mike Repko and the teams were tied 7-7 at the half.

Ontario came out strong in the third quarter, with their first 2-drives of the stanza ending with Brad Dretzka TD grabs for a 21-7 advantage. The Sailors would respond late in the quarter on Repko's second TD run, but the scoring would end there as the Warriors hung on for their fourth win of the season.

Ontario outgained Vermillion 358-261,despite losing the turnover battle 3-0. Boatwright ended the night with 119 yards on 12-14 passing with 3 TD's and 1 Int, carrying 25 times for 119 yards. Matt Eichelberger had 10 car for 73 yards, Cam Mack hauled in 5 receptions for 100 yards. Repko carried 20 times for 132 yards and 2 TD's to lead the Sailors.

Ontario (4-2) will play at Shelby (1-5) next Friday, Vermillion (2-4) will be at Youngstown Christian.
